During a training session, you will learn all the techniques of kickboxing. You also practise these on others, so you learn to attack and defend. A total body workout that also improves your muscle flexibility and reflexes.
YIN BOXING
At YIN boxing we help you bring your attention to your body through a unique combination of mindfulness, coaching and boxing.
PARKINSON AND SENIOR FIT
​This workout is for Seniors and people with Parkinson's disease. By doing targeted exercises (coordination, balance, stability), the healthy brain cells are forced to take over the function of the ones that are not working properly.
BOOTY CLASS
Booty class is an intensive 45 minutes of building your glutes and legs. Get ready to feel the burn and train your lower body like you’ve never done before.
